This will be a highly interactive class in which specific exercises will be demonstrated with modifications as needed to address cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, balance, and flexibility. You will learn everything you need to know about proper set up , indications, contraindications, and protocols in regards to using a stability ball.
It is recommended that you have a stability ball and comfortable clothes on so you can practice the exercises with your instructor.
